What is a heat pump? How does it work?
A heat pump is a device that is used for both heating and cooling purposes. It moves thermal energy from one place to another by transferring heat from a colder space to a hotter space, or vice versa. Heat pumps are commonly used in residential and commercial applications to provide heating and cooling for buildings.
Should I change my furnace when I installing heat pump?
Furnaces normally have lifetime around 10-15 years. So if your furnace is over 10 years old or in poor condition, we strongly recommend to replace the furnace as better performance when work together with heat pump.
What is the warranty of Kinghome Heat Pump?
Kinghome Heat Pump come with 10 years warranty in major parts, and we provide 1 year standard warranty in labour. We also proved premium package allows clients to option 10 years coverage package.
